How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with additional stiffeners to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days. For opened records, returns are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect or significant playback issue not caused by handling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collection worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
